Medical Look at the Crucifixion

Isaiah 53:4-6Amplified Bible (AMP)

But [in fact] He has borne our griefs,
And He has carried our sorrows and pains;
Yet we [ignorantly] assumed that He was stricken,
Struck down by God and degraded and humiliated [by Him].

But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing];
The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him,
And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.

All of us like sheep have gone astray,
We have turned, each one, to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the wickedness of us all [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]
To fall on Him [instead of us].

Good morning and shalom

Its not too often that we have an actually look into the crucifixion of Christ for our redemption of sin .

We often take for granted , myself included , what this looks like in the natural . Payment of our actions that we deserve becuase of our sin against God , but Christ took on for us .

To better understand this please see the link below . A article written by a medical doctor describing the actual crucifixion of Christ from what it actually looked liked from medical standpoint . This should be each one of us on the cross not Him . But God had Him do it for you personally . Yes you . I encourage each one of you to take time out to read it .

Sin is anything that will separate you from God

Shalom and amen!
