Proverbs 13:12
Hope deferred makes the heart sick , but the longing fulfilled is a tree of life .

A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul but fools detest turning from evil.
1corinthians 13:13
And now these three remain faith ,hope and love , but the greatest of these is love .
Good morning ,
What is hope ? Hope defined gives us the understanding that it is something that we as followers of Yeshua Hamoshiach (Jesus Christ), can expect from our Heavenly father . It gives us an attachment to him .
The greatest understanding of this is that our Father in Heaven wants it that way . He understands this and gives us Hope in Him .
In the proverbs He let's us know that he knows . He wants us to expect and Hope in Him. This is a building block and a fundamental foundation of being His children . This builds the fruit of the Holy Spirit in us which in turn grows other fruit of the Holy spirit like patience .
GOD wants you to hope on him and wait on him . It ties us to him and makes us different from what the world waits and hopes on . This is so because he wants to fulfill our hopes in him in us .
This proves to us and the world that He does live and love us and care for the very hairs on our heads . With all the things that God does on a daily basis throughout creation He cares for you and gives us hope .so we in turn trust Him.
