Genesis 2:7
Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being.
This morning I was thinking about my father's ailments and what he's going through and how's does that relate to us spiritually, physically and scripturally.
What crosses all divides ? From race, sex,religion , and every walk of life ? What would you give up to just be able to breath oxygen in and out of your lungs? I would think that everyone would give up anything and everything just to be able to breath .
So my question then becomes what is greater then breathing if that no longer becomes possible? What if your body just can't do it any longer? What if your lungs can't take in air and exchange it any longer?
Well the answer is easy right ? That's where many people will either agree or disagree . Is death the answer? Is life the answer? When someone passes away, many people say, "now they are at rest."
The only place I know of, where that is only written,is in the bible . But yet it's used and misused over and over .
If we're to believe in the bible , God , the devil , Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, then we know there are promises of God . We can't take pieces of the bible out and leave certain ones in .
The promise God gives us is this , the greatest thing, greater then oxygen and breathing , is life itself . GOD DIDN'T BREATH oxygen into Adam he breathed life . חַי

His ultimate promise is life . When our bodies ceases, the life of God still remains in us for eternity.
We make our choice to either trust God and his promises by our obedience or not . If we trust God and obey him out of love for him, then we live here , now and for eternity with HIM. He then gives us the peace beyond our understanding. Even into eternity and not breathing air . We trust, rely and cling to through the redemption of Jesus Christ ! I cannot think of anything else ,written , and or oral with these same promises !
To conclude this thought of scripture , if we cannot control our breath of air in our bodies or even the life that we have in us. We come to the realization there is something greater then we understand. Life is frail, there is nothing that we can do to change that fact . We can only rely on promises we know . God wants us to rest in Him for everything. For breathing too.
The hardest thing to do is trust GOD and his promises when it comes to our faith , even to breath. However, the other side of this , if you trust GOD sooner then later, you will see and experience HIM, His promises and KNOW HE IS GOD and know His promises .They never return void. The sooner we do this, repent of our sins, surrender to him and allow him into our lives , allow HIM to change us , from the inside out, we get to experience HIM and his LOVE , which builds our faith , even to the end of our bodily life span.
His promise and repentance through Yeshua Hamoshiach (Jesus Christ) of forgiveness of our sin , is our first step of our trusting in our faith towards Him. It allows us to turn over those burdens,cares ,worries and fear to him. He will catch you . He will hold you and comfort you into eternity . That Is His promise of Life. AMEN!

you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not
fear or be dismayed.”
